Able Cain

Today we are happy to announce the re-release of Fireflower - Closer (aka Two Song Demo).  Originally released in 1993 on cassette and long out-of-print.  Featuring early mixes of "Fireflower" and “Closer" before additional overdubs were completed for the EP release.  Re-mastered from the original DAT and available as a digital download for the first time via Bandcamp.

We received horrible news that Leo passed away unexpectedly today.  Our hearts ache for his family.  Leo was such a fun loving spirit and was always ready and willing to help a friend out.

That a drummer of Leo’s caliber was willing to play on our demo was an incredible encouragement to us and his enthusiasm for the project helped us focus our efforts.

Good news and bad news. Sadly, both Eric Foster and Eric Schrepel have moved out-of-town and will no longer be working with the band. We wish them both the best of luck.

Now, the good news. Drummer Leo Gunther is re-joining the band! His debut performance with the band will be November 17th at La Salles in Chico, CA.
